"Tick Tick Boom" was the musical pulitzer prize and Tony award winner Jonathon Larson wrote before the popular musical "RENT." This semi-autobiographical musical follows an aspiring composer questioning his life choices on the eve of this thirtieth birthday. His girlfriend wants to get married and move out of the city, his best friend is making big bucks on Madison Avenue, and yet Jon is still waiting on tables and trying to write the great American musical. Set in 1990, this compelling story of personal discovery is presented as a rock musical filled with instantly appealing melodies and a unique blend of musical theatre styles.

"Tick Tick Boom" is directed by Michael Mele of Milford with musical direction by Benjamin McCormack of Trumbull. The production stars Nic Calabro of Eastchester, NY as Jon, Arielle Boutin of Norwalk as Susan, and Kevin Thompson from Stamford as Michael.
