In honor of its upcoming musical, "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten" by Robert Fulghum, Playhouse on Park is holding a special contest where it will name one winner as "My Favorite Kindergarten Teacher"!

Parents, students, friends, and colleagues alike are invited to nominate their favorite kindergarten teacher. The winner takes home the title as well as a special night on the town for themselves and 5 of their friends. Their special night will include: wine and cheese at the Falcetti Music Cabaret, followed by dinner at Rizzuto's Wood-Fired Kitchen and Bar in Blue Back Square, VIP treatment and seating at the Opening Night performance of "All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten", dessert at AC Petersen Farms Family Restaurant on Friday, February 24th, 2012 along with other prizes!

To nominate YOUR favorite kindergarten teacher, send a narrative explaining why your kindergarten teacher deserves the title to Playhouse on Park via email to: kindergartenPOP@gmail.com or snail mail/hand deliver to: 244 Park Road, West Hartford, CT 06119. Entries will be accepted now through February 15th, 2012. Submissions must include your name and contact information along with the name and contact information for your favorite kindergarten teacher. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges including the co-founders of Playhouse on Park Sean Harris, Darlene Zoller and Tracy Flater.

Memories of your favorite teacher last a lifetime. If your favorite teacher was your kindergarten teacher, then don't delay, tell Playhouse on Park why today!
