Photo Flash: Ziemba, Procaccino, Sullivan and Ming-Trent Cast in SYLVIA at Long Wharf Theatre; Runs 2/17-3/14

Tony Award-winning actress Karen Ziemba, Long Wharf Theatre favorite John Procaccino, Yale School of Drama graduate Erica Sullivan and Broadway performer Jacob Ming-Trent will be in Long Wharf Theatre's production of Sylvia, by state resident A.R. Gurney, directed by Associate Artistic Director Eric Ting.

Long Wharf Theatre presents Sylvia, by A.R. Gurney, directed by Eric Ting, from February 17- March 14, 2010 on the Mainstage. Curtain times are Tuesdays at 7 p.m., Wednesdays at 2 and 7 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 3PM and 8PM, and Sundays at 2PM and 7PM. Ming-Trent (Tom/Phyllis/Leslie) recently made his Broadway debut as Papa Ogre in the Broadway hit Shrek, in addition to understudying the title role in the production. He also appeared in "Law & Order: Criminal Intent."
Procaccino (Greg) appeared with Eli Wallach and Anne Jackson in the premiere of Anne Meara's Down the Garden Paths, the world premiere of Craig Lucas' Prayer for My Enemy, A Moon for the Misbegotten, and We Won't Pay! We Won't Pay, all at Long Wharf Theatre. He recently performed in the national tour of Art with Judd Hirsch, and has worked on Broadway in An American Daughter, A Thousand Clowns and Conversations with My Father.

Sullivan (Sylvia) appeared in Yale Repertory Theatre's productions of A Woman of No Importance and Lulu. In addition, she performed in Trouble Tales for Boys and Girls, Hungry and Way to Wealth at the Williamstown Theatre Festival.

Ziemba (Kate) won a Tony Award for her work in Contact and has also appeared on Broadway in Curtains, Steel Pier, Chicago, Crazy for You, Teddy & Alice, 42nd Street, and A Chorus Line, among others. She has appeared regionally at Williamstown Theatre Festival, Hartford Stage, Ford's Theatre, GeVa Theatre and the Magic Theatre, among others.

Rounding out the creative team is Frank Alberino (sets), Ben Stanton (lights), Valerie Webster (costumes), Jill BC DuBoff (sounds), and Charles M. Turner III (stage manager).
