The Palace Theater's "Your Palace - Your Place," radio show heard over WATR 1320 AM from 9:10 to 10 a.m. on the first and third Friday morning of each month, is taking the show on the road with a live broadcast from the theater on Friday, Dec. 18, from 9:10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The public is invited to stop by during the extended broadcast and holiday Open House as the show's host, Palace Theater Marketing and Public Relations Officer Sheree Marcucci, is joined by special co-host Mary Ellen Fillo, longtime columnist for the Hartford Courant's popular Java and Spill the Beans features and on-air contributor for both the Fox CT morning news and WDRC-AM.

Throughout the morning, Marcucci and Fillo will be joined by a variety of special guests including the Palace's "Entrees & Encores" restaurant partners, who will bring along signature dishes for guests to enjoy while encouraging the purchase of gift certificates for the venue's popular "Entrees & Encores" dinner-and-a-show program. The holiday spirit will also be in the air when Waterbury Arts Magnet School Vocal Teacher Marianna Vagnini, leads her middle and high students in a live performance of holiday selections. Janet Serra and Jim Whitney from the Western Connecticut Convention and Visitors Bureau will also stop by to discuss the economic impact of the Palace Theater's "Entrees & Encores" program, and a few surprises will be in store as well.
