HOUSE AT POOH CORNER Comes to Ridgefield Playhouse 5/6

Got Honey? Go on an adventure with Winnie the Pooh and friends with "House at Pooh Corner" at The Ridgefield Playhouse on May 6

Winnie the Pooh, one of the most popular children's characters of all time, is making his way to The Ridgefield Playhouse stage! Come on an adventure deep into the magical Hundred Acre Wood with Christopher Robin, Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, Owl, and Tigger in the House at Pooh Corner live on stage on Saturday, May 6 at 11 am and 2 pm as part of Ridgefield Academy Family Series. Featured stories portray the building of Eeyore's house, Tigger's arrival in the Hundred Acre Wood, the origin of the game of Pooh Sticks, Rabbit's plan for reducing Tigger's bounce, and Christopher Robin's growing up and leaving for school.

Adapted by Bettye Knapp for the Virginia Repertory Theatre, this musical production is faithfully based on the A.A. Milne classic of the same name. Make it a day of family fun - visit Dimitri's Diner (16 Prospect Street, Ridgefield) before or after the show and enjoy 10% off your meal when you show your ticket! The Playhouse was founded in the belief that arts can and do make a difference in the lives of people, and that accessibility to the arts should not be limited by one's ability to pay.
