In Dual Celebrity Comedy Appearances, on Saturday June 14th, Gilbert Gottfried will take the stage in Uncasville, CT. and longstanding Howard Stern Show Sidekick Jackie "The Joke Man" Martling headlines in Danbury, CT. Both comics will perform a not-so-typical evening of comedy on the same night, in two different venues. Gilbert Gottfried star of stage, film, and TV known for his off-beat brilliance and Jackie "The Joke Man" Martling with his dirty jokes make for two separate wild and fun-filled evenings of comedy entertainment.

Both comics are known for their outrageousness. Gilbert from the Comedy Central Roasts, inappropriate tweets and stinging social networking and Jackie for his five dirty joke books and walking away from a twenty year career as Howard Stern's head writer and longtime cast member. Gilbert's Tsunami comments of course caused him to get fired as the voice of the very lucrative AFLAC Duck. Outrageously funny and brilliant in their own ways, you can ask the questions why?

Gilbert's comedy career spans decades. He was a Saturday Night Live cast member back in the eighties and was just recently featured on TV'S Celebrity Wife Swap. Gilbert's scene stealing role in the Eddie Murphy film "Beverly Hills Cop II" launched his movie career and led to subsequent rolls in the "Problem Child" series, "Look Who's Talking Too" ,"Hot to Trot", "The Aristocrat's", and the "Adventures of Ford Fairlane". Gilbert released his first book not so appropriately titled "Rubber Balls and Liquor". Part memoir, part twisted social commentary and part scratches on the bathroom wall. Gilbert is regularly featured on the "Howard Stern Show" and the "The Tonight Show".

Gilbert Gottfried's irritating voice has become one of the most recognizable in the country and has made him one of the most sought after voiceover talents in the world. He was in the Disney classic "Aladdin," while lending his voice to countless commercials, cartoons and movies. Few people know Gottfried is the voice of DIGIT in the long running PBS Series "Cyberchase", can be heard on the Comedy Central series, "The Annoying Orange", and as the voice of the horse on "Family Guy."

Jackie "The Joke Man" Martling stars and hosts his own radio show on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio called "Jackie's Joke Hunt". Martling also has released five dirty joke CD's, three videos and was seen In the comedy documentary, "The Aristocrats," along with over a dozen independent films. Jackie penned a dirty joke page for Penthouse magazine for 17 years. One can always call Jackie's Dirty Joke Line at 516.922.WINE. Martling will be performing his solo act of rapid-fire filthy jokes and the classic finale, "Stump The Joke Man," at Coyote Maverick 48 Newtown Rd.in Danbury.
