Broadway Vet Stephanie Pope Set for Palace Theatre's Triple Threat Performer Intensive, 7/23
As part of the Palace Theatre's Triple Threat Performer Intensive, Broadway veteran and current cast member of the Tony Award-winning revival of Pippin, Stephanie Pope will be at the theatre Tuesday at 11 a.m. to chat with this year's program participants.
Over her career, Ms. Pope has performed in Bob Fosse hits Big Deal, Sweet Charity, Chicago (on Broadway and the national tour), and the 1999 Best Musical Tony-winning tribute Fosse. The performer will talk about performing on the "big stage," audition and performance techniques, and answer questions.
The Triple Threat Performer Intensive is a week-long study of theatre arts designed to help young aspiring performers become stronger and more dynamic in their art and to help impart the understanding of the tools required to become a true Triple Threat Performer. The program is made possible through the generous support of our Arts Education Presenting Sponsors F. D. Rich, Purdue Pharma, RFR, and Trump Parc Stamford. Scholarships were also made possible by the Vince & Linda McMahon Family Foundation.
