The DJ Daniel Haaksman presents the live mix of the themes of his album African Fabrics; some of the songs will be accompanied by live guitars Bulldozer (Bogota). DJ set and live performance.
Few people can claim to have done so much for the musical exchange worldwide as the Berlin resident DJ, producer, journalist and head of his own record label, Daniel Haaksman. With the release of their compilation 2004 Rio Baile Funk Favela Booty Beats, which featured the sound of the favelas of Rio for the first time to a global audience, creating parallel the term gender "Baile Funk" (in Brazil, music is called " Funk Carioca ").
The Haaksman own musical production includes several of EP, the album Rambazamba also successful official remixes for artists such as Ray Barretto, Gotan Project, Bonde Do Role, Schlachthofbronx, Waldemar Bastos or Lord Nelson, among other releases. As a DJ he has traveled the world and has played in countless clubs, festivals and events weddings-from Hollywood to dance in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro armed- guarded by men. His party girl dance mix funk, house, trap, bubbling, kuduro and other rhythms have thrilled audiences worldwide. Haaksman has no musical rules except one: A DJ has to liven up the party.
Haaksman will be accompanied on guitar Fabian Morales, who has worked as a producer and composer with groups like La Makina Karibe (2006-2013), Nidia Gongora (I'm Looking-2015), The Timbrika (2015). Currently he is working on his own musical project, -Bulldozer-, a mixture of African music, electronic rhythms and percussion overall.
