After a sellout run of the wildly popular "Plaid Tidings," Clague Playhouse continues its 89th season with Love From a Stranger. Running January 20 - February 12, 2017, this tale of trickery by Frank Vosper is based on a story by Agatha Christie.

While traveling abroad, Cecily is romanced by a handsome stranger named Bruce. However, Bruce is not the gentleman he appears to be, and Cecily finds herself trapped in his secluded country cottage, unsure of how she will escape.

The cast includes Tania Benites as Ethel, Raymond E. Cosma, Jr. as Hodgson, Neil Donnelly as Dr. Gribble, Jill Kenderes as Cecily, Marcia Mandell as Aunt Lou-Lou, Ryan Christopher Mayer as Nigel, JarRed Nichols as Bruce, and Monica Zach as Mavis. The show is directed by Douglas A. Farren.

Love From a Stranger will run on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8 P.M. and Sundays at 2 P.M. Tickets will be $16 for adults, $15 for seniors (60+), and $10 for students (any age with a valid ID). Individual tickets are now on sale and can be purchased by visiting or calling the box office at 440-331-0403 Wednesday through Saturday from 1-6 P.M. Tickets are also available to the general public 24/7 online through the web site (www.clagueplayhouse.org) or our Facebook page.
