The Gift Theatre Extends NORTHWEST HIGHWAY Thru 9/25
The Gift Theatre Company will for the second time extend its critically-acclaimed, Jeff-Recommended production of Northwest Highway by co-founder William Nedved, directed by Si Osborne. The world premiere, which Chris Jones of The Chicago Tribune called "another breakout new Chicago play that should not be missed," has currently sold-out every remaining ticket in its regular run through September 11th, 2011.
Northwest Highway will now be extended SEPTEMBER 15th - SEPTEMBER 25th, 2011. Must close on September 25th.
Show times are Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 7:30pm
with Sunday matinees at 2:30pm.
NOTE: NO show on Saturday, September 24th. Two Shows on Sunday, September 25th, 2:30 and 6:00 PM

John Patrick Moore might finally be ready to sell the Jefferson Park house where his father was raised. Or he might not. Two real estate agents, his CPD partner, and a Polish-American waitress force him to face the road ahead. A tender, funny world premiere by the co-founder of The Gift, written for The Gift.
Tickets are $30 for Thursday, Fridays and Saturday performances; and $25 for Sunday matinees. Student, Industry and Senior tickets are $20, good for Sunday performances. Group rates are available for parties of ten or more.
The Gift Theatre is conveniently located at 4802 N. Milwaukee in Chicago's Jefferson Park neighborhood - two storefronts north of Lawrence, on the west side of Milwaukee - and is easily accessible by the Kennedy Expressway, the Lawrence and Milwaukee buses, and the CTA Blue Line.
Co-founder William Nedved's previous plays with The Gift include County Fair, 6, and A Young Man in Pieces. His play Fact & Fiction recently concluded its run at The Elephant Theatre in Los Angeles.
Si Osborne's directing credits include True West for Red Twist Theater and the Jeff Award-winning A Prayer for My Daughter at Mary Arrchie Theater. As an actor, Osborne recently appeared in Sense & Sensibility at Northlight Theatre.
The Set Designer is Adam Veness. The Lighting Designer is Scott Pillsbury. The Costume Designer is Morgan McCabe.
