Triple Threat Performing Arts Academy and Three Rivers Music Theatre's fundraiser for, three-time cancer survivor and Chicago Tribune's 2016 Chicagoan of the Year, Donica Lynn. All proceeds will be donated back to Donica, to help pay for the long-list of medical bills.

Donica is from Chicago, but her career has taken across the globe. Chosen as Chicago Tribune's Chicagoan of the Year 2016 in Theatre, she won the 2016 Joseph Jefferson Award for her tour de force performance as Effie White in Dreamgirls. She has sung backup for many legends including, but not limited to, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Gladys Knight, and Natalie Cole. She is the mother of three beautiful children; Aerial, Sebastian, and Sidra. She is currently fighting cancer for the fourth time on her journey, but continues to give back to the next generation of aspiring performers while still maintaining a vibrant career as an entertainer.
