 Faith & Whiskey (1365 W Fullerton Ave), the premier whiskey bar and party spot in Lincoln Park, will celebrate the 77th anniversary of the repeal of prohibition with a "Prohibition Repeal Party" on Friday, December 3.

Canadian Club will host a free tasting and informational session from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm during the "Prohibition Repeal Party". Expect Canadian Club Sherry Cask (aged first in white oak barrels for at least eight years and then in casks from the Sherry wine region of Spain), Canadian Club Classic (aged for 12 years), and Club Canadian Club (aged for six years).
 
Canadian Club shots and mixed drinks will be on special for $5 all night following the hosted reception.
 
There will be a prohibition-themed Video Power Hour at 8pm showcasing 60 different one-minute video clips of TV shows and movies like Boardwalk Empire, The Untouchables, Miller's Crossing, Legends Of The Fall, and The Public Enemy.

Three dancers from Vaudezilla (http://vaudezilla.com/) will perform burlesque shows at 10pm and 12:30am during the "Prohibition Repeal Party".

Faith & Whiskey will give out $100 in cash prizes to both the "Best Female Flapper" and "Best Male Gangster" at 1am during the costume contest.
 
The actual date of the repeal of prohibition is December 5, 1933.
 
There is never a cover at Faith & Whiskey.
