Cafe Cabaret Continue in June at Cafe Ballou, 6/19

Café Cabaret invites guests to an electric evening filled with eclectic performers on June 19at 7:00 p.m. The event will be held at Café Ballou, 939 N Western Avenue, Chicago.

Café Cabaret is led by Roberta Miles and features a rotating cast of uncommon characters guaranteed to make your jaw drop in shock and cheeks hurt from laughter.

Miles is an award-winning monologist, published poet, Jazz singer, and staple figure in the Chicago art community. Miles's provocative autobiographical monologues chronicle her quest for mental and physical health with brutally hilarious candor. As the producer for Cafe Cabaret and co-producer of Loose Chicks, Miles continues to push the envelope and provide a wide-range of memorable performances.

Master of ceremonies Richard Norby is a pithy performer possessing ineffable aplomb and personality.
June's show features music by Kevin Iles and Anthony Whitaker, storytelling by Roberta Miles, Holly Beaudry and Ray Teresi, poetry by Janet Kupyers, and comedy by Tyler Snodgrass and Marla Depew.
