Brevard Music Center Summer Festival to Present E.T. THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL IN CONCERT

In celebration of the 35th anniversary of Steven Spielberg's iconic movie-"E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial"-the Brevard Music Center (BMC) presents the complete film with live symphony orchestra led by Maestro Constantine Kitsopoulos in his BMC debut at Whittington-Pfohl Auditorium.

The Saturday, July 8th, 8:30 PM presentation of "E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial in Concert" includes the full John Williams score and represents one of the more than 80 performances featured during the renowned Brevard Music Center Summer Festival, running from June - August 2017.

Director Steven Spielberg's heartwarming masterpiece is one of the brightest stars in motion picture history. Filled with unparalleled magic and imagination, "E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial" follows the moving story of a lost little alien who befriends a 10-year old boy named Elliott. Widely regarded as a one of the greatest films of all time, it became the highest grossing film of the 1980s and won four Academy Awards ®, including "Best Score" for composer John Williams.

Brevard Music Center has also been recognized by the producers of the film/concert as the first-ever North American educational institution to perform "E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial In Concert."

Ticket prices for "E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial in Concert" range from $20 - $60. Children 17 and under are free on the lawn with a paying adult; students 18 and older are free on the lawn with a valid I.D.
