Millbrook Playhouse, a professional theatre company in Mill Hall, PA, is thrilled to announce that they will be expanding their 2014 season.

"With the success of our summer season we wanted to try our hand at producing some unique theatrical events, as well as, another rollicking Brews in the Barn fundraiser" says Producing Artistic Director, David Leidholdt. "So we decided to bring back one of our favorite shows from this summer season, in addition to, something brand new for our audiences."

Millbrook will kick off the fall events with a remount of one of their most popular shows from the summer, Miss Abigail's Guide to Dating, Mating, and Marriage, at the Poorman Theatre. Starring Marc de la Concha as Miss Abigail and David Raposo as Paco. Miss Abigail is the most sought-after relationship expert to the stars (think Dr. Ruth meets Emily Post), along with her sexy sidekick, Paco. Join them as they travel the world teaching Miss Abigail's outrageously funny "how to's" on dating, mating and marriage! Let Miss Abigail take you back to a simpler time, before booty calls and before speed dating, back when the divorce rate wasn't 50% and when 'fidelity' was more than an investment firm! Directed by Bob Angelini, audiences will learn how to mend their broken hearts, fix their marriages, or learn how to flirt on a whole new level.

Miss Abigail's Guide to Dating, Mating, and Marriage is being presented for 3 performances only, September 18, 19, and 20 at 7:30pm. This production is recommended for adult audiences. Tickets are on sale now! Adult: $20, Student: $10. This show is certain to sell out, so make sure you book your tickets in advance.

And with the return of the autumn weather brings the return of our famous fundraiser; Brews in the Barn. 6 successful years and counting, Brews in the Barn is the premier beer-tasting event in Clinton County. On October 4, 4-9pm, Millbrook Playhouse once again is hosting this exclusive affair. Brews will feature 9 Pennsylvania commercial craft breweries, 5 home brewers and our sponsors, W.R. Hickey and Bald Eagle distributors, bringing in all of the other local and national breweries. Live music throughout, Santiago Cigar Company, and Local restaurant foods. This event will happen come rain or shine. Free camping on the premises with advance notice. Contact: Sean Haines at 570-660-8702 for more information.
