WPPAC's HEATHERS THE MUSICAL Announces Discounts for Students

This fall, the White Plains Performing Arts Center is offering an opportunity to show our students that there is more to theatre than just Broadway. Regional theatres, like the WPPAC make up a huge part of the professional performing arts industry. This October, WPPAC is producing the NY Regional Premiere of HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL and we wanted to spread the word as we know the show has been a favorite amongst the teens in our programs for a few years. This is the first professional production in NY since it has closed off Broadway and it is right in your backyard!

Based on the 1988 movie, HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL cleverly unpacks the hierarchy of high school through high-energy contemporary musical theatre. A trip to WPPAC would show them professional artists working right here in Westchester County. If you don't know heathers it is the same composer as Legally Blonde and Bay Boy.

*Please note that Heathers contains strong language and mature content; parental guidance is suggested. We strongly suggest only High School aged teens and up.

Get tickets while you still can and if anyone is interested in organizing a group to see the show feel free to on your own and contact WPPAC directly to do so. They have offered us for a group of 12 or more at any single performance the following discounted ticketing prices:

$22.50 for high school students (Regular price $25)

$27 for college students (22 and younger) (Regular price $30)

$32.50 for adults (Regular price $35)

All Tickets also have a $1 per ticket facility fee.

Performances start October 14 and runs for two weekends. Dates include: October 14-16 and October 21-23. (Friday and Saturday at 8:00 and Sunday at 2:00.)

If the timing for HEATHERS does not work, they have other performances coming up including SISTER ACT this december which is great for the whole family!
