Mark your calendars! On October 20th-22nd Redhouse Arts Center is holding its first ever Rummage Sale. The sale will be open to the general public Friday and Saturday October 21st and 22nd from 10am to 3pm at the Redhouse Cafe. Redhouse members will get a sneak peek onThursday, October 20th from 5-8pm. The sale will take place at 201 S.West Street in downtown Syracuse (just outside Armory Square). Cash, Credit Cards and Check will be accepted.

Come find your Redhouse Commodity and comb through a collection of props, costumes, vintage clothing and more! Highlights include:

? Masks from Redhouse's production of Medea

? Costumes from Little Mermaid including dashiki skirts, bright kaftans, bell bottom "fins

? Green "army men" costume pieces from Seussical and much more!


Whether you are searching for that perfect Halloween costume, interesting and unique decor and vintage clothing or even if you have an upcoming theater show that you need props or costumes for, there will be a wide array of items to look through. "Purchasing items from our rummage sale gives you the opportunity to add some unique pieces to your wardrobe or put together an amazing Halloween costume, all while helping the Redhouse out" stated Katharine Tarkulich, Costume Shop Manager at Redhouse "It gives us space in our overflowing storage facilities allowing us to organize and access items we will reuse while also providing additional funding toward our move to the new space" she continued.
