54 Below has announced the latest musical scores to be featured in its acclaimed "54 Sings" concert series this summer:

"54 SINGS TELL ME ON A SUNDAY," Sun. June 29 at 7 & 9:30PM. Better known to some as the first act "songs" of Andrew Lloyd Webber's award winning musical Song & Dance, the score features some of Lloyd Webber's most beautiful songs including "Unexpected Song" and "Tell Me on a Sunday." The concert, directed by Phil Geoffrey Bond with musical direction by Dan Kazemi, will feature a cast including Andrea Burns (In the Heights), Lesli Margherita (Matilda), Kelli Rabke (Joseph...Dreamcoat), Shayna Steele (Hairspray), Donna Vivino (Wicked), and Jessica Vosk (The Bridges of Madison County)singing the songs that Bernadette Peters introduced to Broadway, earning her first Tony Award.

"54 SINGS 1776," Thurs. July 3 & Sat. July 5 at 7 & 9:30PM. Celebrate Independence Day with Sherman Edwards' Tony Award winning Best Musical that recounts the trials and tribulations of John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin and America's other founding fathers. Directed by Lucia Spina with musical direction by Jacob Yates, the concert will feature Jacob Hoffman, Rob Maitner, Daniel Marcus (from the original Broadway revival cast of 1776), David Alan Marshall, Patrick Mellen, Kathleen Monteleone, Aaron Ramey (from the Paper Mill Playhouse production of 1776), Brian Charles Rooney, Adam Shapiro, and Paul Michael Valley (from the original Broadway revival cast of 1776).

"54 SINGS HELLO, DOLLY!," Sun. July 13 at 7 & 9:30PM. "Put on Your Sunday Clothes" and celebrate the 50th anniversary of Jerry Herman's Tony Award-winning score featuring Broadway standards including "It Only Takes A Moment," "Before the Parade Passes By" and of course, "Hello, Dolly!" Phil Geoffrey Bond directs a cast of Broadway favorites including Lee Roy Reams, who starred as Cornelius in the 1978 Broadway revival and directed the last Broadway revival in 1995. Musical director, Joe Goodrich.

"54 SINGS THE WIZ," Sun. August 10 at 7 & 9:30PM. This Tony Award winning score, originally billed as the "Super Soul Musical Wonderful Wizard of Oz," features "Home," "Ease on Down the Road," and "If You Believe" sung by the likes of Stephanie Mills, Hinton Battle and Dee Dee Bridgewater on Broadway, and Diana Ross, Michael Jackson and Lena Horne in the film version. After Midnight's T. Oliver Reid directs the concert at 54 Below featuring Kenita R. Miller (Xanadu, The Color Purple), Kecia Lewis, Kenita Miller and Virginia Woodruff. Musical director, James Sampliner.
