Eighteen-year Broadway veteran Rema Webb, currently on the Great White Way in The Color Purple, will bring her critically acclaimed one-woman show CHILDREN WILL LISTEN to 42West for a one-night only engagement.

In this intimate evening, Rema will sing Broadway and R&B standards, and share anecdotes about living her dreams out loud and on center stage, while pursuing the balance of being a mother on Broadway. Audiences can expect to hear songs written by Stephen Sondheim, Oleta Adams, Jill Scott, Ahrens & Flaherty, Georgia Stitt and many more.

Her co-stars for Broadway's The Color Purple -- Academy Award winner Jennifer Hudson, stage actress Cynthia Erivo and ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK's Danielle Brooks -- are expected to attend the show.

The show will feature music direction by Jason Michael Webb, the current Musical Director and Conductor for The Color Purple.
