The Cabaret Showdown celebrates its four year Anniversary on November 8th and will permanently relocate to the Kraine Theatre on 85 East 4th Street, NYC. The anniversary showdown will take place on Sunday, November 8th at 7:00pm. The theme is "British Invasion." Hosted by Mark McDaniels (Show Choir! - The Musical,) and resident judge Donald Garverick (Choreography, Red Shoes from An Evening With Kathryn Morgan.) Featuring pianist, Assaf Gleizner (The Swingaroos) and co-host Diana Byrne as Divanna. Guest Judges Alli Foss (The Everythings) and Megan Loughran (Sweeney Todd with the New York Philharmonic.) Produced by Sound Street Productions in association with the Horse Trade Theater Group.

The Cabaret Showdown is a monthly game show that takes place the second Sunday of every month. This unique competition is a mixture of live karaoke and musical improvisation, with a game board. Contestants are asked to choose songs from various categories with no knowledge of what the song will be until 30 seconds before they sing. The winner from each month receives a free one-hour booking at the Kraine Theatre, which is presented the following month prior to the next Cabaret Showdown. The October 2015 showdown champion Leah Olsen will perform her winning showcase on November 8th at 5:30pm at the Kraine Theatre.
