Seth Sikes Returning to 54 Below, 4/16

Back by popular demand, after his first two sold-out performances, Seth Sikes will return for a third concert at 54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, in an evening of Judy Garland's most celebrated songs - some of them in her key. Best known in the theater as an Assistant Director (on shows like The Nance, Tribes, and Pageant), Sikes gets on the stage this time with a seven-piece band to recount how Garland captivated him as a young boy in Paris, Texas and to sing some of her greatest hits. Seth has added several new Garland favorites to his set list.

The evening was conceived by Sikes and Tony-Award winning lyricist Lisa Lambert and will feature music direction by Mark Hartman and orchestrations by Matt Aument. The evening is directed by Eric Gilliland.

Seth Sikes plays 54 Below (254 W 54th St) on Thursday, April 16th 2014 at 7:00PM. Cover charge starts at $25 and there is a $25 food and beverage minimum. Seth Sikes's directing credits include BUNKED! (Outstanding Musical at the New York Fringe Festival) and The 7th Annual Broadway Beauty Pageant. He was the Assistant Director of The Nance (Broadway), Tribes (Off-Broadway), Pageant (Off-Broadway), and Sondheim: The Birthday Concert (at Lincoln Center). As a performer he appeared in Fame on 42nd Street (Off-Broadway).
