Join Ringmaster Scott Hollingsworth as he cracks the (literal) whip and shows that every office is indeed a circus!

A sell out show when it first debuted in Melbourne in 2015, Performance Management - In Cabaret has been described as Horrible Bosses meets The Office. Drawn from Scott's real life corporate 'day job' and the employees he manages, this colourful comedy cabaret explores everything from job interviews and unfair dismissal to those little white lies on a CV and chucking a sickie once too often. Increased to 90min from its original 50min format, the Ringmaster is joined on stage by the Larrikin Lion (Joshua Fielding), the Sexy Secretary (Jessica Robbins) in a spectacular aerial performance and the Side Show Strongman (Murat Yilmaz). Featuring classic pop and Broadway songs from the likes of Fiddler on the Roof, Barnum, Les Miserables, Mary Poppins, Britney Spears, Adele and more.

An accomplished graduate of N.I.D.A, Scott Hollingsworth has toured and performed nationally and internationally with such high profile productions as Oklahoma, West Side Story, Cats, and Spamalot. In addition to his work as an award-winning choreographer for stage and national television commercial clients, he is the founder of Melbourne-based Shhhhh Productions, performing and producing musical theatre in Australia.
