On Sunday, December 16, 2007 New York Theatre Barn will debut its new monthly cabaret series, NYTB at the Duplex, with two amazing artists, Ruthie Baker and Brad Bass.

Ruthie baker will present her one-woman show, "Of Mutts and Men," and will be accompanied by Barry Anderson. Brad Bass (Wicked) will present a brand new show entitled, "A little bitty pissant country boy's cabaret.....part 1," which promises to deliver endless amounts of down-home fun. This new show is written by Brad Bass and Bobby Cronin (B.R.A.T.T. Camp, That's Andy), with original music from Bobby Cronin. Bobby Cronin also serves as director while Justin Mendoza will be music director. The show will also feature the voices of Briana DeVol and Brett Teresa.

NYTB at the Duplex is the continuation of New York Theatre Barn's previous series, NYTB in the D-Lounge, which took place at the Daryl Roth D-Lounge each month. NYTB at the Duplex will continue to highlight new composers, writers and performers each month and will be the first step for projects that will continue to be developed by New York Theatre Barn.

The Duplex Cabaret Theater is located at 61 Christopher Street at Seventh Avenue. Tickets are $10 with a 2 drink minimum and the show begins at 9:30pm. For reservations please call 212-255-5438.
