Joseph Macchia brings back the hit monthly series Broadway On 22nd Street, which brings back some of the most talented performers from the Great White Way down to The Metropolitan Room. Each performer has a four-song set and pairs up for duets and group numbers. The fabulous musical director Tracy Stark heads the evening.

Performing tonight, Spetember 10th at 7 p.m. will be Kwame Remy, Marissa Rosen, Zoie Morris and Antuan Raimone. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. There is a $20 cover charge with a two-beverage minimum. The Metropolitan Room is located at 34 West 22nd Street. Call 212-206-0440 for more information.

Kwame Michael Remy was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He is a graduate of Five Towns College. Kwame was most recently seen headlining on Princess Cruises. He has performed all over the world as a Vocalist, Actor & Entertainer. Some of his theatrical credits include the national and international touring companies of Smokey Joe’s Café, Jesus Christ Superstar, Five Guys Named Moe and the London & Holland companies of Solid Gold Soul. Kwame was a featured vocalist in Linda Eder’s “Christmas stays the same” concert at the Gershwin Theater on Broadway. He has appeared in numerous readings, workshops and presentations. His favorite regional credits include Ain’t Misbehavin, Grease, Dreamgirls and Hair. As a singer/songwriter Kwame has released several Dance/Electronic singles in Europe including his most recent hit “Feel’s Like Heaven”.

Zoie Morris is from Norfolk Virginia, were she attended Norfolk State University under the direction of Dr Georgia Ryder as a Vocal Performance Music Major..She also attended The Academy of Tidewater Ballet since the tender age of 5 years old..After leaving Virginia, Zoie had the dream of performing on Broadway in New York City.... Dreams do come true.. Credits are..1st National Tour of "Ragtime" Origional Company and Bway Co...The Scarlet Pimpernel National Tour ..Off Bway "Harlem Song" at The Apollo Theatre. REgional Theatre Favorites include.. Guys N Dolls, The Pajama Game,Camelot, Ragtime,Once On This Island,ARaisin In The Sun, The Wiz, Radio City Christmas Show, and Smokey Joes Cafe..Zoie has been working on recent films such as "Smash, and "The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty,and she will be featured in the upcoming new film..The Wolf Of Wall Street".Zoie also has performed in Europe ,and on Major Cruiselines as a Guest Entertainer with her solo show"LOve N Be Loved'...In the process of it all, Zoie has been writing and recording a country album in Nashville which will be coming out soon! I thank god for all the blessings and this performance goes to my adorable 7-year-old old neice LaKetta..I love you...

Antuan Raimone Originally from Kansas City, Antuan Raimone, a.k.a. “Magic” is excited to add his name to the list of talented performers that have graced The Metropolitan Room’s cabaret stage. Since moving to NY he has enjoyed a very fruitful five-year professional relationship with the 2008 four-time Tony and Grammy Award-winning musical “In The Heights” as the Broadway and Off-Broadway Vacation Swing and Graffiti Pete U/S. He was also on the First National tour of “In The Heights” as Graffiti Pete U/S, Swing and Associate D/C. His most recent role with “In The Heights” has been the Assistant Choreographer for the Second National Tour. He has also performed in Cabaret Cares at the Laurie Beechman Theatre and also at Joe’s Pub. Regional credits include; “Kiss Me Kate” as Paul, “Dreamgirls”, “Smokey Joe’s Café” as Ken Ard, and “School House Rocks Live” as Willis. It is a blessing to share this evening with you. Marissa Rosen is best known for her portrayal of Maria Pinnunziato in My Big Gay Italian Wedding. She can be seen all over the city belting her heart out. Favorite credits include: JAWBREAKER the Musical, Tony & Tina's Wedding, FOOTLOOSE, Bare, SHOUT!, Smokey Joe's Cafe, Footloose, Beware Bernadette, Urinetown, Grease, You Can't Take it With You, Gypsy, & Into the Woods to name a few. Marissa originated the role of The Secondary Princess in the premiere of Disenchanted: Bitches of the Kingdom. Marissa holds a BFA in Musical Theater from NSU.
