Birdland will kick-off their great week of programming with the following acts:

October 5 (Monday) at 7:00PM

Alexandra Silber

"Do It Again"

The glamorous and hyper-articulate Alexandra Silber normally keeps it good and clean. She scrubs up nice and will sing your Golden Age, virginal 'whatever-you-likes' with the best of them. But tonight? Dim the lights, lower the necklines, and get ready for her sultry side with a mix of lusty ballads, smoky jazz, delightful patter songs, and of course, a few of her signature soprano soarers. Hold onto your fishnets - Silber will be sure to leave you asking her to "Do It Again." Alexandra Silber is an actor, singer, and writer about to make her return to Broadway. Come hear this Grammy-nominated singer touted as "the fasting rising soprano in musical theatre."

The modern incarnation is a state of the art nightclub featuring award winning Southern and Cajun cuisine, first rate sound and lighting and a who's who of contemporary musical artists, 7 nights a week.
