Kicking off a three-Wednesdays engagement -- June 10, 17 & 24 -- Joanne Tatham reunites with long-time collaborator Eli Brueggemann, composer/musical director of Saturday Night Live (making a rare club appearance.)

The piano/vocal duo evening on June 10th features selections from Joanne's repertoire, spanning a decade of club work in Los Angeles (Vibrato, Catalina's, The Baked Potato, The Cinegrill, The Gardenia) and New York (Birdland, The Cafe Carlyle, Feinstein's, The Metropolitan Room) and three albums (Making Light, The Merriest, Out of My Dreams.) That repertoire includes jazz-tinged versions of favorite (and sometimes more obscure) standards, Broadway tunes, movie soundtracks, bossa nova, new classics from the singer-songwriter canon, and more.

Joanne's most recent album, Out of My Dreams -- for which Eli contributed several arrangements -- debuted in January at #28 on the JazzWeek chart, and that magazine's Christopher Loudon had this to say about the release: "Blessed with impeccable phrasing and a meticulous sense of time, Tatham projects a West Coast effervescence yet also conjures the long shadows of Manhattan. It's an honest duality. A native New Yorker once set on building a career in musical theater, Tatham instead headed west to marry one of TV's top comedy writers and adjusted her path, establishing herself among SoCal's foremost jazz-cabaret draws."

The first concert is set for this Wednesday, June 10th; two sets: 7pm & 9pm. $15 Music Charge $15 Food/Beverage Minimum. Dining 6-11PM; Cocktails till closing. GET TICKETS.
