The Washington Post: "What to read if your child IS a bully"

Oprah's guru Geneen Roth (Women Food and God): "I wanted you all to know about this one...although he is bullied, he really does stay true to himself--and it all comes around in the end. So touching."

Kirkus Review: "...solid support for all children who don't fit in!"

BookTrust.org - Book of the Month! "A delightful and gently revolutionary picture book that challenges our absurd notions about what constitutes 'normal' or 'appropriate'."

In addition, Amanda McBroom (Bette Midler's "The Rose") and Michele Brourman (The Land Before Time) compose the song "Different" for the celebrated children's book Made By Raffi, a book that commands attention to embracing our differences. Inspired by a true-life incident, Made By Raffi is about a little boy who feels different from the other children at school - he doesn't like noisy games and is often teased. He discovers knitting and sewing and he gets the idea of making a project for his class. He becomes a hero, everything changes, and soon everyone wants something that is Made by Raffi!

The book is published by UK publishers Frances Lincoln. It is a funny colorful book with a serious message and will interest those who care about promoting diversity and embracing our differences, as well as all children seeking to fit in.

Internationally acclaimed singer, Craig Pomranz dedicates his debut picture book to 'the real Raffi', Rafael McCarroll Swan and his loving and supportive family who are the inspiration for the story.

Composers Amanda McBroom (Bette Midler's award winning song The Rose) and Michele Brourman (The Land Before Time series) read Made By Raffi, loved it, and wrote a song specifically for the book entitled Different. The song was recently released and can be heard on radio stations around the world and on Craig Pomranz's YouTube channel.

In addition to writing children's books CRAIG POMRANZ, is an internationally known singer and actor based in New York City, with a wide range of performance venues.
