Hunter Bell & Susan Blackwell to Host Benefit for Theatre Education at 54 Below

Hunter Bell ([title of show], Now, Here. This., Found) and Susan Blackwell ([title of show], Now. Here. This., Side by Side by Susan Blackwell) will co-host Broadway Back to School, a benefit for the International Thespian Society's (ITS) initiatives to support theatre arts education for underserved students and schools. Broadway Back to School 2015 will be a fun-filled, fast-paced evening that includes cocktails, dinner, no long speeches, and appearances by Nicolette Robinson ("The Affair", "Hart of Dixie", "Perfect Couples"), Michael Urie (Buyer and Cellar, How to Succeed..., "Ugly Betty", He's Way More Famous Than You), Blake Daniel (Spring Awakening, Hello Again) as well as other stars of stage and screen, Thespian alumni, and friends.

There will be two benefit shows on Sunday, September 20. The early show will begin at 7:00 p.m. (doors open at 5:15 p.m.) and the late show will begin at 9:30 p.m. (doors open at 8:45 p.m.). Single seat tickets are $65-95 for the early show and $60-90 for the late show. Tickets are now on sale through the 54 Below website at 54below.com/artist/broadway-back-to-school-2015.

The event is directed by J. Jason Daunter with musical direction and supervision by Christine Riley and co-chaired by Thespian Alumni Council members Hunter Bell, J. Jason Daunter, and Jennifer Tepper.
