Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, which is presenting 54 Celebrates The Neil Simon Theatre, on June 29th, 2016, has added Emmy Award winning director Lonny Price to the star-studded event. Mr. Price was seen on the Neil Simon stage in original production of Stephen Sondheim & George Furth's Merrily We Roll Along. Since then he has become an accomplished director of both theatre and television.

Mr. Price joins the previously announced Annie Golden (Orange is the New Black), Martin Charnin (Annie), Pam Myers (Company), David Pomeranz (Muti Platinum Award-Winner and co-Composer of Scandalous), Tyler Brunsman (A Very Potter Musical), Annabelle Wachtel (Matilda), Tally Sessions (Big Fish), Christiane Noll (Ragtime), Jim Brochu (Zero Hour), Lara Teeter (On Your Toes), Ryan Andes (Big Fish), Don Stitt (Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up), Larry Hochman (Big Fish), Rebecca Spigelman (Hairspray), Shelly Burch (Nine), Nick Cartell (Scandalous), and Betsy Struxness (Hamilton).

The ensemble will consist of Kristen Kane, Allison Griffith, Cori Stolbun, Deirdre Donohue, Jennifer Reed, Erin Rice, Roger Dawley, Sean Switzer, Chase Thomas, Nathan Willingham, Tyler Lenhart, and Matthew McFarland.

Having been in operation for almost ninety years, New York's Neil Simon Theatre, formerly the Alvin, which was the theatre that first introduced audiences to such musicals as Company, Annie, Hairspray and many others, will be celebrated through song and stories, performed by a diverse group of Broadway talent, all pulling back the curtain on the theatre's rich history.

Audiences can expect to hear the music of the great writers whose works debuted on the stage of Broadway's famed Neil Simon Theatre, including George Gershwin, Rodgers & Hart, Shaiman & Wittman, and Stephen Sondheim.

Jennifer Ashley Tepper, author of The Untold Stories of Broadway, will host the event. Robert W. Schneider, co-host of Behind The Curtain: Broadway's Living Legends podcast, will direct and produce the concert. Greg Kenna is the evening's musical director.
