Emma Hunton, Brian Gallagher and More Set for BROADWAY SESSIONS This Week

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano.

This Thursday, April 16th, Broadway Sessions welcomes Emma Hunton, Brian Gallagher, Tim Young, composer Tim Realbuto and more.

Emma Hunton recently starred as Elphaba in the 1st national tour of Wicked. She has also appeared on Broadway in Next to Normal, Spring Awakening and Les Miserables.

Tim Young appeared in the original Broadway cast of Next to Normal and performs as part of The Broadway Boys.

Brian Gallagher last appeared on Broadway in the revival of Jekyll and Hyde. Gallagher's debut album "All That's Ahead" is available on iTunes.

Tim Realbuto is the co-composer of the musical Ghostlight. Realbuto has also toured with his solo show Wunderkind featuring theater stars Julia Murney, Laura Osnes and Beth Leavel.

The evening will also feature performances by teenage actor/singer CJ Garbin.

Broadway Sessions takes place every Thursday evening at The Laurie Beechman Theater inside The West Bank Café located at 407 West 42nd Street (corner of 42nd Street and 9th Avenue). Reservations strongly recommended at 212-695-6909. Doors open at 10pm for pre show open mic.
