TOM WOPAT & JOHN SCHNEIDER: HOME FOR CHRISTMAS

The Duke boys are back together, but this time with a big band and Christmas songs! Since the ending of Dukes of Hazzard the boys have spent some time building impressive resumes. Tom Wopat became a Broadway mainstay earning himself Tony nominations for "Annie Get Your Gun" and "A Catered Affair." Wopat proved to be a superior jazz singer releasing four outstanding albums, the latest being I've Got Your Number. Schneider also delved into a music career after the Dukes, but country music, topping the charts with a handful of tunes. He has also has been involved in film making and has been staying active in television with his most notable role playing Clark Kent's dad on "Smallville." They have teamed up to for a new Christmas album called Home for Christmas (October 2014).

Proceeds from the performance will benefit the It Gets Better Project, an organization created by Dan Savage and Terry Miller in September 2010 in response to the number of LGBT youth who took their lives after being bullied in school.

The Mike Errico Holiday Show is a highlight in a year that has been filled with them. While maintaining a career as a recording artist and producer for TV and film, Errico has been teaching at Yale University and NYU's Clive Davis School of Recorded Music, where his guests have included Amanda Palmer, Benny Blanco, Jonathan Coulton, Ryan Miller, and others.

In keeping with a long-standing Holiday Show tradition, Mike will distribute gifts, known as Holiday Omens. Recipients will be invited to interpret the Omen's personal significance in the coming year. Hilarious, poignant or cautionary, they have proven to be alarmingly accurate.

Walter Martin, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter for the Walkmen, found out his wife was pregnant with their first child just as the New York band was finishing work on their 2012 album Heaven. With fatherhood on the horizon, and adulthood an undeniable reality, Martin felt it was time to challenge himself a bit. It was while standing in his kitchen the summer before last, surrounded by his young family and listening to their collection of 1950s rock 'n' roll records, that he realized what that meant exactly. Those inklings led to 2014's We're All Young Together, Martin's debut solo effort, which was a hit with children and parents alike. Joined by pals like Kat Edmonson, Martin takes this same approach with this holiday show.

Drummer/bandleader Bryan Carter "Wishes You A Swangin' Christmas" is a holiday-themed concert reminiscent of the delightful musical television specials from the 1950's and 60's. Carter is joined by a stunning vocal cast, known as the Holidays, of the brightest young stars and seasoned veterans across the various worlds of jazz, classical, pop, cabaret and musical theater. Accompanied by The Bryan Carter Quintet and chamber string ensemble, the Holidays produce tales and feelings of love, joy, inspiration and togetherness.
