Recently making her solo debut in The Appel Room, Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall, singer and actress, CORINNA SOWERS ADLER returns to the Metropolitan Room, 34 West 22nd Street, for an encore performance of her highly acclaimed show "High Standards". The show is musically directed by legendary musical arranger, Alex Rybeck and will feature Broadway veteran Lawrence Yurman on piano.

"High Standards" will be performed on Tuesday, February 23 at 7pm. It is a musical journey through some of the best music ever written, reimagined by Mr. Rybeck.

Her many New York engagements include venues such as Rose Theater at Jazz at Lincoln Center, Feinstein's/54 Below, Feinstein's at Loews Regency and Stage 72. Corinna hosts the "Music at the Mansion" series, which was nominated for a 2012 MAC Award. She was also a 2012 and 2014 BroadwayWorld Cabaret Awards in the "Best Female Vocalist" and "Best Host of a Variety Show" categories. Corinna was also nominated for the first ever Excellence in Theatre Education Tony Award in 2015.

Musical Director, Alex Rybeck, is a pianist, arranger, composer, and music director, who is internationally recognized for his work on Broadway, in cabarets and concerts, and on recordings. Lawrence Yurman has conducted, musically directed and/or played the piano for ten Broadway productions, most recently being It Shoulda Been You.
