Concert and cabaret performer LISA JASON--who has earned raved reviews for her singing from Provincetown to New York to the Caribbean--will make her debut at the celebrated "Broadway Supper Club" Feinstein's/54 Below on Friday, March 4, 2016 (9:30 pm) with her heartfelt Judy Garland Tribute Show called THE WISH.

In JUDY GARLAND: THE WISH--featuring Manhattan Transfer Musical Director Yaron Gershovsky as Musical Director, Arranger, and Pianist--Lisa Jason celebrates the true essence and artistry of the legendary singer and movie star, not only through Garland's classic songs, but through her poignant poetry and revealing interviews and monologues, creating a new understanding of her timeless interpretations and her iconic persona. Garland's poetry, written in her teens and which were never publicly published during her lifetime, paints a lyrical, colorful portrait of a profound human being striving for love and recognition. The interviews and taped monologues recorded during her last years reveal a tortured soul searching for a deeper meaning to her life, her loves, and her career. Directed by Cabaret Life Productions Producer Stephen Hanks, THE WISH is also a celebration of Judy Garland's amazing musical gifts as a singer and musician, and Lisa Jason's polished performance of almost 20 classic Garland songs music will create a powerful portrait of a woman who inspired her audiences at the same time she was searching for acceptance.

"Lisa Jason's voice is smooth and sparkling like a chilled glass of champagne that bubbles up to reveal that she has a big, big voice as she belts out emotional notes in songs like "Zing! Went the Strings of My Heart."
--Provincetown Magazine

"Jason is a breakout performer with a voice that can be alternately strong, sassy or sensuous. Her rendition of Judy Garland classics wowed the crowd." --Cabaret Scenes
