COMFORT WOMEN: A NEW MUSICAL IN CONCERT, March 6 at 11:30PM:

To celebrate Korean Independence Day, the multi-national Asian cast of Comfort Women: A New Musical presents a concert version of the show, written by Bryan Michaels and TaeHo Park and opening off-Broadway in Summer 2015. During World War II, approximately 200,000 women - and young girls - from across Asia were forced to provide sex at "comfort stations" to the Imperial Japanese Army. In COMFORT WOMEN, several women who survived the war tell stories of these times, which are often lost in (or hidden from) history books.
