FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, "Broadway's Supper Club", announces ANGEL DESAI has joined the cast of JAY ALAN ZIMMERMAN'S NAUGHTY & NICE HOLIDAY SONGBOOK on Thursday, December 17th, 9:30pm.

Known for her praised performance of the classic "Another Hundred People" in John Doyle's Tony Award winning revival of Stephen Sondheim's Company, Ms. Desai previously performed Jay's songs in his "J@Z: Jay Alan Zimmerman at the Zipper" show at the Zipper Factory Theatre in 2007.

An accomplished actor, she's recently lead the casts of "Frankie and Johnny" at the Berkshire Theater Festival and "Ernest Shackleton Loves Me" at the George St. Playhouse and is seen often on television, including "Minority Report", "Madam Secretary", "Major Crimes", "Forever", "Elementary", and "Nurse Jackie" "Being Mary Jane," and "Damages" plus many recurring roles on Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Kings, and Dollhouse. Film performances include The Clique, The War Within, Heights, Black Knight, and Robot Stories. Off-Broadway productions include playing opposite David Strathairn in The Winter's Tale and with Mandy Patinkin in The Tempest.

She's a 2014 Lunt-Fontanne Fellow, 52nd Street Project volunteer, a founding member of the Asian American Performers Action Coalition (AAPAC) with an MFA in Acting from NYU, and her musical talents include playing keyboards, violin, and alto sax -- sometimes all in the same show, as she did in Company on Broadway.

Mr. Zimmerman was dubbed "Broadway's Beethoven" by John Znidarsic of the acclaimed Broadway's Future concerts and is the creator/subject of the award-winning Incredibly Deaf Musical seen at the Duke on 42nd Street. This unique songwriter has been creating and debuting new holiday music every year since his teens-including the last 7 years at the Broadway's Future Holiday Songbook at Lincoln Center.

Joining Ms. Desai and Mr. Zimmerman in this special one-night event are Songbook favorites Casey Erin Clark, Tony Ramos, and bassist Ritt Henn. They'll also introduce New York to the remarkable deaf jazz vocalist Mandy Harvey, recently featured on NBC news. Ms. Harvey, like Mr. Zimmerman, has become profoundly deaf-yet sings pitch perfect using muscle memory and a visual tuner. With Mr. Zimmerman at the piano, they'll unveil his newest holiday song, "Time To Find Home" while making the show accessible to people with hearing loss through live wireless captions by Globetitles.

A special commemorative printing of the Naughty & Nice Holiday Songbook will be available for purchase and cast autographs, so that the audience can create keepsakes and share these funky & festive songs with their own family & friends.

Jay Alan Zimmerman's Naughty & Nice Holiday Songbook plays Feinstein's/54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on December 17th, 2015, 9:30pm. There is a $30-$65 cover charge and $25 food and beverage minimum. Tickets and information are available at www.54Below.com.
