mun2's Barclays Premier League Matches Continue this Weekend

NBCUniversal's Hispanic cable network mun2, continues its coverage of the 2014/2015 season of the Barclays Premier League with three exciting matches this weekend beginning on Saturday, October 4 at 9:55 a.m. ET/ 8:55 a.m. CT with Liverpool vs West Bromwich Albion then at 12:25 p.m. ET/ 11:25 a.m. CT Aston Villa vs Manchester City, and on Sunday October 5 at 6:55 a.m. ET/ 5:55 a.m. CT Manchester United vs Everton.

Commencing with this weekend's matches, mun2 will offer same day re-airs of each match in addition to its continued unprecedented coverage across multiple platforms which includes streaming through selected pay TV providers and on VOD. To date the 2014/2015 season of the Barclay Premier League on mun2 continues to more than double viewership among adults 18-49 compared to the same time last season.

Captain Steven Gerrard scored his second goal of the season for Liverpool last week, but The Reds gave up a late goal in stoppage time to draw with Everton. Italian striker Mario Balotelli continues to look for the back of the net this season and hopes to find it against West Bromwich Albion which have won their last two matches by a combined 5-0. The Baggies arrive in Anfield with 8 points on the table and surprisingly sit just 2 points outside of a Champions League qualifying position.

Aston Villa which continues their rapid descent from the top of the table, comes home to Villa Park on a 2 match losing streak and being outscored 3-0 in each of those two matches. Manuel Pellegrini's 2013/2014 BPL Champions Manchester City led by Argentinian striker Sergio "Kun" Agüero, who scored his 4thgoal of the season last week, currently reside third on the table and look to continue their rise.

Louis Van Gaal's Red Devils, which defeated West Ham United last week 2-1 on early goals from Wayne Rooney and Robin Van Persie, are hoping that they have finally started the resurgence of the grand Manchester United. United States national goalie Tim Howard brings his Everton squad into Old Trafford searching for much needed points to help them stay away from a relegation zone standing.

Soccer analyst Sammy Sadovnik and former Mexican National Team player Manuel Sol will call all the matches.
