Leading up to THE MARCH 25th release of Warner Bros. Pictures' highly anticipated action adventure Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, director Zack Snyder and the film's Batman and Superman - Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill - kicked off their world publicity tour in Beijing and experienced the excitement of Chinese audiences firsthand at appearances across the city. A powerful line-up of partners - including TaiKoo Hui, Mengniu, Red Star Macalline, Doritos, Dell and KFC - has also joined with the Studio to bring the legendary Super Heroes of DC Comics to life via exciting, innovative programs and activations throughout the country, from mall installations to giveaways to inspiring lines of collectibles. The events are all part of Warner Bros. Pictures' multi-tiered campaign to ignite the imaginations of moviegoers across China as they gear up to see their favorite Super Heroes battle it out on screen for the first time in history.

As this wide-ranging campaign unfolds, Warner Bros. will bring fans into the events via its official site and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice page, and via all social media platforms, while amplifying the film's powerful iconography and epic central conflict by inviting moviegoers across the country to witness the battle in cinemas and declare their side using the hashtags #BatmanvSuperman and #WhoWillWin.

After discussing the film with Chinese press, Snyder, Affleck and Cavill took part in a massive fan engagement event with popular actor, singer and the film's Chinese Spectator Ambassador, Li Yifeng, at Indigo Mall on Saturday, March 12th.

The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice team greeted fans on the red carpet, along with Li, who, with 28 million followers, is among the Chinese social media microblog Weibo's biggest superstars. Inside, the audience was treated to a sneak peek of a China-exclusive trailer before Li and the trio took to the stage for a lively Q&A and the unveiling of an incredibly detailed 1:1-scale replica of the film's sleek new Batmobile. At the close of the event, the group engaged in a friendly exchange of gifts and a group selfie.

Following their packed schedule in Beijing, the film's director and stars took to the skies en route to their next stop in a whirlwind tour to cities across the globe while the legendary Super Heroes they're bringing to life on screen descended on TaiKoo Hui Mall in Guangzhou, which is joining with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to host the first Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice-themed shopping mall event in mainland China.

From March 10 to April 10, visitors to TaiKoo Hui mall will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to come face-to-face with life-sized statues of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman - the third iconic Super Hero joining the battle at the heart of the film - and get an up-close look at a detailed Batmobile replica. This lifelike exhibit will be on display in TaiKoo Hui's atrium, which has been transformed into an immersive environment inspired by the world of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Here, mallgoers will be plunged into an array of next generation games and toys in an interactive gaming zone, and view renowned artist Stanley Lau's unique interpretation of the DC Comics Super Heroes in the adjacent art gallery. Key icons from the film will also be brought to life via a striking lighting arrangement on display against the mall's south façade every evening from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.

Simultaneously, the Studio's powerful roster of Chinese and global partners will deploy a variety of programs and activities to stoke must-see cultural awareness across the country in the weeks leading up to the film's release. Mengniu, the country's number one dairy producer, will place Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice on 350 million branded packages of their popular Yoyic lactobacillus drinks; and Red Star Macalline, one of the country's top home furnishing retailers, is launching a nationwide brand association campaign with the film. Such globally known brands as Doritos, Dell and KFC, as well as the film's global partners Turkish Airlines and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles are also onboard to integrate the action, spirit and iconic characters of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice into the day-to-day lives of Chinese consumers. Each partnership encompasses a commitment to massive advertising support on packages, in stores, in theaters and across all media and social platforms.

From director Zack Snyder (Man of Steel) comes Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, starring Oscar winner Ben Affleck (Argo) as Batman/Bruce Wayne and Henry Cavill (Man of Steel) as Superman/Clark Kent in the characters' first big-screen pairing.

Directed by Zack Snyder, the film also stars Oscar nominees Amy Adams (American Hustle, Man of Steel) as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg (The Social Network) as Lex Luthor, Diane Lane (Unfaithful, Man of Steel) as Martha Kent, and Laurence Fishburne (What's Love Got to Do with It, Man of Steel) as Perry White; Oscar winners Jeremy Irons (Reversal of Fortune) as Alfred, and Holly Hunter (The Piano) as Senator Finch; and Gal Gadot (the Fast and Furious films) as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince.
