Tituss Burgess stopped by NBC's LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS and recalled playing Sebastian the Crab in Broadway's THE LITTLE MERMAID. "I was supposed to come out of the orchestra pit with the baton, rising up on this elevator, and it wouldn't work," shared the actor. "The children were horrified!"

About TITUSS BURGESS:

Burgess made his Broadway debut in the musical Good Vibrations as Eddie in 2005, and then appeared in Jersey Boys in 2005 as Hal Miller. He originated the role of Sebastian in the musical The Little Mermaid in 2007 and went on to the role of Nicely-Nicely Johnson in the revival of Guys and Dolls in 2009. Recently, Burgess played the Witch in Into the Woods in a 2015 production with Miami's DREAMCATCHER Theatre Company.
