Lea Michele jumped into The X Factor finale fray last night with her explosive performance of "Cannonball," from her upcoming solo debut CD, "Louder!" Watch the performance below!

The third season of The X Factor came to an exciting conclusion last night as Alex & Sierra, one of Simon Cowell's Groups, was crowned the winner during a special live two-hour season finale on FOX. Host Mario Lopez revealed that following last night's performance show, Alex & Sierra had the highest number of votes over runner-up Jeff Gutt, one of Kelly Rowland's Over 25s, and second runner-up Carlito Olivero, one of Paulina Rubio's Boys.

Alex & Sierra, comprised of Alex Kinsey, 22, from New Smyrna Beach, FL; and Sierra Deaton, 22, from Orlando, FL,emerged as America's choice and the winner of the coveted The X Factor title.

The star-studded two-night event also featured performances from The X Factor judge and Latin pop sensation Paulina Rubio; the world's biggest boy band that rose to fame on the U.K. version of "The X Factor," One Direction; world-renowned rapper Pitbull; and hip-hop singer-songwriter Mary J. Blige. Last night the Top Three finalists performed alongside special guests, including Leona Lewis with Alex & Sierra, Johnny Rzeznik with Jeff Gutt and Prince Royce with Carlito Olivero.

About Lea Michele:

Michele debuted on Broadway in 1995 as a replacement for the role of Young Cosette in the original New York production of LES MISERABLES. Following her theatrical debut in LES MISERABLES, Michele was cast in the role of Tateh's daughter, the Little Girl, in the 1998 original Broadway cast of Ragtime and in 2004, Michele portrayed "Shprintze" and "Chava" in the Broadway revival of the musical Fiddler on the Roof.

Michele originated the role of Wendla in Steven Sater and Duncan Sheik's musical version of Spring Awakening on Broadway in 2006. Michele was nominated for a Drama Desk Award for her performance in Spring Awakening in the category of Outstanding Actress in a Musical.

In early 2009, Michele won the role of Rachel Berry on the FOX television SMASH hit, Glee (2009) and since the show's premiere on May 19, 2009, Michele has since received worldwide critical and public acclaim for her performance on the show.
