On last night's AMERICAN IDOL, Harry Connick Jr. (Broadway's PAJAMA GAME, ON A CLEAR DAY) traded his seat at the judges' table for a spot on stage performing his single "I Do Like We Do" featuring Butch Walker. Watch the performance below!

On last night's AMERICAN IDOL, the Top Eight finalists were announced, including MacKenzie Bourg, Trent Harmon, Lee Jean, Tristan McIntosh, Dalton Rapattoni, La'Porsha Renae, Sonika Vaid and Avalon Young. Ryan Seacrest revealed that Gianna Isabella, Olivia Rox and Avalon Young were the three finalists who received the fewest votes. Judges Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick, Jr and Keith Urban determined that Young would be saved, leaving Isabella and Rox to be eliminated.

Next week, Thursday, March 10 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live /PT tape-delayed), two more finalists will be eliminated and the Top Six will sing the AMERICAN IDOL Songbook, featuring the most-performed songs from past seasons of AMERICAN IDOL.
