BAD HURT will be making its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in a couple weeks. The film was directed by Mark Kemble, who wrote and directed the play from which the film was based.

In BAD HURT, Life for the Kendalls has been burdened by grief and claustrophobia. Faced with caring for one child with special needs and another with PTSD, THE FAMILY struggles for a sense of stability at home in their Staten Island, NY hamlet. When a secret from THE PAST is revealed, it threatens to tear them apart.

In the clip below, Todd Kendall (Theo Rossi) meets Jessie, (Ashley Williams) a new girl in town while on his MORNING route. THE MOMENT is ruined when Todd sees his older brother Kent (Johnny Whitworth), a bedridden addict and Gulf War veteran suffering from PTSD, on the sidewalk in his bathrobe trying to buy drugs from the neighborhood dealer.
