Tamsen Fadal to Host The Broadway Channel's BROADWAY PROFILES

The Broadway Channel announces the return of "Broadway Profiles" to its series as half hour shows and announces Tamsen Fadal as the series new host.

Tamsen Fadal is an Emmy Award winning journalist, and an anchor at WPIX-TV morning news. In January 2010, Tamsen made her Broadway debut in Chicago and appeared in Broadway's In the Heights and Rock of Ages.

Also new to "Broadway Profiles" is Rebecca Millman as she has joined The Broadway Channel as the company's NY Producer and will serve as Executive Producer for the upcoming Broadway Profiles series return. Rebecca is an Emmy award winning producer and has worked at NBC and network affiliates around the country as well as Senior Producer for the nationally syndicated lifestyle show, "Better", covering Broadway opening nights, rehearsals while producing interviews with some of Broadway's biggest stars.

"Broadway Profiles" offers viewers the best seat in the house to the heart and soul of Broadway's exhilarating performances and interviews. Tamsen takes viewers on a tour of these great performances and behind-the-scenes insights from some of Broadway's most talented stars while highlighting memorable performance footage.

The next series of "Broadway Profiles": "Movies to Musicals" will feature Tony Award-winner, Steve Kazee enthralling audiences as "Guy" in the Tony Award Winning Musical Once.

The show will introduce you to Rob McClure. His brilliant performance as Charlie Chaplin brings The Little Tramp to a new generation. And, Broadway Profiles gets a word or two from The Producers creator Mel Brooks.

Fly high with Reeve Carney in SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark, and of course, you can't explore the movies and musicals without looking back at the long running success of Chicago, which won the Tony and spurred an Oscar-winning screen adaptation. Finally, the show will look at some of the new productions with movie connections making their way to Broadway.
