TODAY Show to Head to CA's Santa Monica Place, Beg. 2/11

Santa Monica Place, the one-of-a-kind, open-air shopping and dining destination located next to Third Street Promenade and just two blocks from the beach, welcomes TODAY's Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb this weekend for the duo's exciting West Coast broadcasts.

TODAY will be taping five shows from Santa Monica Place's Center Plaza with a live audience on Saturday, Feb. 9, and Sunday, Feb. 10, beginning at 10 a.m. Shows will air the week of February 11-15.

The TODAY show segments at Santa Monica Place will include Valentine's Day gift ideas from national and local retailers including Bloomingdale's, Kitson and Venokado; a look at lingerie, loungewear and intimate apparel fashions from Nordstrom, Juicy Couture, and Free People; and a cooking demonstration with noted chef Richard Sandoval, whose restaurants La Sandia and Zengo are part of the property's iconic Dining Deck; among other exciting planned guests and appearances.

In addition to the broadcasts, Santa Monica Place will host a "Meet & Greet" with Kathie Lee and Hoda on Saturday, Feb. 9, from 3:00-3:30 p.m.; and on Sunday, Feb. 10, from 1:30-2:30 p.m., Hoda Kotb will sign copies of her new bestselling book, "Ten Years Later - Six People Who Faced Adversity & Transformed Their Lives."
