For the week of October 22, "Today" cut into "Good Morning America's" lead by 13% (77,000) compared to the first four weeks of the season. This marked "Today's" narrowest A25-54 gap to "GMA" since the week of September 10, 2012. "Today" was up in homes (+3%) and rating W18-49 (+7%) week-to-week. Versus its 4Q'12/season-to-date average, "Today" was up in homes (+3%), total viewers (+2%, or +97,000), rating W/A18-49 (+7%/10%) and rating W25-54 (+5%), according to Nielsen Media Research Data.
