Deadline reports that NBC is currently developing the single camera comedy THE RUSSIANS ARE COMING from Universal Television and Mila Kunis' Orchard Farm Productions.

Sam Wolfson will write and co-executive produce the project which shares the same name but is unrelated to the feature length comedy of 1966. Kunis will executive produce alongside her Orchard Farm Productions partners Cami Curtis, Susan Curtis, and Lisa Sterbakov.

The semi-autobiographical comedy will follow "a fish-out-of-water husband when his Russian in-laws move in upstairs."

Orchard Farm recently recieved a pilot commitment at FOX for its single-camera comedy Champion: The Jeff Beekman Story, as well as the drama Black Stiletto, based on the novels by Raymond Benson, at ABC, and the horror comedy Trapped at Starz with Rob Zombie.
