From 8-10 p.m. ET, "The Biggest Loser" (2.4 rating, 6 share in adults 18-49, 6.1 million viewers overall) equaled its highest 18-49 rating for a regularly scheduled episode since the "Biggest Loser 12" finale on Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2011 (2.7 from 9-11, excludes this season's Sunday premiere on January 6). Last night's "Biggest Loser" maintained 100 percent of its 2.4 ratings for both last week and the show's regular-slot premiere of two weeks ago. * Week three of "Loser" topped the show's year-ago third episode in 18-49 (2.3/6 on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012 from 8-10) and is up 9 percent versus last year's finale (2.2/7 on May 1, 2012), despite the move of the show from its long-time home on Tuesdays to a new night running head-to-head against ABC's "Bachelor," CBS's comedies and Fox's "Bones" and "The Following."

* From 10-11 p.m. ET, "Deception" averaged a 1.3/3 in 18-49, 3.6 million viewers overall. In women 18-34, "Deception" finished within 0.1 of a point of #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC (scoring a 1.7 rating vs. a 1.8 for "Castle," with "Deception" moving ahead among those networks in women 18-34 for the 10:30-11 p.m. half-hour).
