Syfy's hit unscripted competition series Total Blackout, hosted by Jaleel White (Family Matters, Dancing with the Stars), established series records in Adults 18-49, Adults 25-54 and total viewers during its second season premiere on Tuesday, October 30 at 10PM.

From 9-10PM, the penultimate episode of Syfy's hit series Face Off delivered season highs in total viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54. The live finale of Face Off airs tonight at 10PM/ET and, for the first time in the series' history, America's voice will be heard as viewers will make the final choice for the season three champion.

During its 10-10:30P time period, Total Blackout showed staggering growth from its season 1 finale earlier this year, spooking 1.43 million total viewers (up 41%), 878,000 Adults 18-49 (up 70%) and 787,000 Adults 25-54 (up 40%).

Earlier in the night, Face Off (9-10PM ET/PT) delivered 1,227,000 Adults 18-49, 1,188,000 Adults 25-54, and 2,096,000 total viewers, showing double digit week-to-week growth (up +16% / +12% / +22% in the respective demos). Face Off was the #2 unscripted show on cable in both demos during its time period.

Led by Total Blackout and Face Off, Syfy was the 7th ranked cable network for the night among Adults 18-49 and 9th among Adults 25-54.

Total Blackout is a half-hour, extreme game show in which contestants battle each other and their fears in a series of challenges played in complete darkness. There are no lights, no blindfolds and no-holds-barred as The Players face their anxieties and unexpected surprises in a series of nerve-wracking games.

The international hit series is produced by FremantleMedia North America (American Idol, The X Factor) and was created by Henrik Nielsen (Can You Duet?, Danish versions of The X Factor, Got Talent and Pop Idol). Nielsen and Scott St. John (Deal or No Deal, America's Got Talent, The Choice) are executive producers and Noah Bonnett (101 Ways to Leave a Game Show, BrainSurge) is co-executive producer.

Face Off is an authentic depiction of the high creative standards necessary for a special effects make-up artist to succeed in their craft. The series debuted in January 2011 as a new reality competition program to critical and ratings success.

Face Off is a production of Mission Control Media with Dwight D. Smith, Michael Agbabian and Derek Atherton serving as executive producers.
