The Stir has revealed a list of five juicy spoilers for True Blood's upcoming seventh and final season. Scroll down for a taste of what's to come!

  • Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard) is alive, and he is getting a new, French-speaking love interest named 'Sylvie'.
  • Macklyn Warlow (Rob Kazinsky) will return more powerful than last season.
  • There will be a major death in the first episode of the season, directed by Stephen Moyer.
  • Tara's mother Lettie Mae Thornton (Adina Porter) will play a bigger role.
  • The Hepatits-V-infected vampires from last season need to drink more human blood at a higher frequency to survive.

As BWW previously reported, Stephen Moyer, who portrays 'Bill Compton' on the show, also recently revealed a few details about the upcoming final season of the popular drama series, which begins filming in January 2014.

Asked about the possibility of a Sookie-Bill reconciliation, Moyer told The Huffington Post, "I don't know whether it's possible given everything that's happened. The first mistakes he made at the beginning of the relationship were definitely mistakes that were trying to protect her. It's not anything he was doing that was necessarily bad. He was sent there, but he kept that from her purely because he didn't want to hurt her and he didn't know he was going to fall in love with this girl. I think that he will always be and always was a key for Sookie to unlocking her womanhood and who she became and who she is and who she was. She won't forget that part of him. Whether there's any possibility of anything else, I don't know."

Moyer has his own ideas of how he'd like to see the series conclude. "Alex (Skarsgard) and I have been pushing for an Eric-Bill love scene for a long time, but they always said no." says the actor. "But our dream would be for my football team, West Ham United, to play his Swedish team, and would end up in some match-up that Bill and Eric happen to be able to get to."

The latest hit series from 'Six Feet Under' creator Alan Ball, True Blood delves into the meticulously-crafted world of novelist Charlaine Harris.
