Slash to Perform New Single 'Standing in the Sun' on TBS's CONAN, 10/4

SLASH featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators are set to perform their new single "Standing In The Sun" Thursday, October 4 on CONAN airing at 11:00 PM/10:00 PM CT 11/10c on TBS. Cited by RollingStone.com (5/20/12) as "a standout track," the song is off their acclaimed studio album APOCALYPTIC LOVE, released May 22 on SLASH's own label Dik Hayd International and distributed through EMI.

SLASH and his bandmates Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators--Myles Kennedy (vocals), Brent Fitz (drums), Todd Kerns (bass) and Frank Sidoris (guitar)--are currently in the midst of their explosive fall headlining North American tour wrapping Wednesday, October 3 at The Wiltern in Los Angeles. Produced by Eric Valentine, who also did the same honors for his first disc, Slash, APOCALYPTIC LOVE stormed onto the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart at #4 and features the first single "You're A Lie," SLASH's first-ever #1 hit at rock radio. All the songs on the new album were written together by Slash and Myles Kennedy.
