Shirley Jones Pens 'Jaw-Dropping' Auto-Biography

The Associate Press reports that Shirley Jones has written a new tell-all autobiography which will include antecdotes about her experiences in such films such as Oklahoma, Elmer Grantry and Carousel.

The actress, best known for playing All-American mom Shirley Jones in the TV musical comedy The Partridge Family, reportedly goes behind the scenes of her marriage to late actor Jack Cassidy, whom she calls a "sexual Svengali." She also reveals the details of the couple's experience having a "threesome" with another woman.

The 79-year old is currently married to comedian Marty Ingels. She shares that the secret to their 35-year union is that they are able to maintain the passion between them. She writes, "Luckily, Marty thinks I've still got a beautiful body, even though it is old, and every now and again I take all of my clothes off in front of him and shake my [breasts] at him, and he loves it."

The Academy Award winning actress, Broadway performer and illustrious singer's career has spanned over six decades of show business. She is remembered for her roles in popular Broadway musicals such as Oklahoma!, Carousel, April Love, and The Music Man. Her film and television credits include Pepe, Bedtime Story, Elmer Gantry and the Golden Globe nominated show, The Partridge Family.
